Aight, stop and take a minute. You don’t always need to buy your favorite food brands like Kellog or Oscar Meyer (Those brands? In this economy?). Food is pricey nowadays so try out some of the off brand items or the store brands. They’re about the same in taste or better and it costs you a few cents less, which can add up at that check out.
Down The Block Deals
You don’t always need to go to that big fancy supermarket that has only organic food that costs an arm and a leg, we ain’t got time for that and neither do our pockets. If you have one, go to your local, smaller markets where things are cheaper. If you see a paper coupon pamphlet in the shopping baskets, you know you hit the right spot! Even places like Dollar General and Family Dollar are good options for smaller items and non perishables. That Chef Boyardee Beefaroni will come in clutch when all you got is crackers in your pantry.
